I was so excited because it had sounded delicious..."Roasted Poblano Peppers Baked with Artichokes and Walnuts" from the Houston JL cookbook. It took FOREVER to make and no one liked it...isn't that the worst combo? I added chips and that didn't help :(

Oh, you should have sent it over to our house. You know my kids will eat anything, ha! It sounds like it would have been good. I know the feeling, making a meal and no one liking it....all to well.
